M. Sawyer Ballance, Swimming & Diving

The male Wildcat of the Week for the past week is M. Sawyer Ballance (Spartanburg, SC). Ballance put together several electric performance throughout the NEAC Swimming and Diving Championships that wowed the crowd.

Ballance would be a part of the team that would win the 200 yard freestyle relay, as well as the 400 yard freestyle relay. He would also win the 100 yard freestyle, but the most exiting moment of the weekend might have been when Ballance broke the NEAC record in the 50 yard freestyle. Always the entertainer, Ballance would profess that "the victory was done for love".
